Mr. Koos is a veteran finance and operations executive with 30 plus years of experience in various industries including battery manufacturing, solar, semi-conductor equipment manufacturers, and the internet. He had been CFOs for solar company Worldwide Energy and Manufacturing, Intera Communications, HomeGain, Onix Microsystems and lithium-ion battery manufacturer PolyStor Inc. He has a B.S. in Accounting and Finance and an MBA in International Business and Taxation, both from University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
